After 22 years as a commercial lender and banker, in 1992, I began a commercial real estate due diligence career with a prior Miami client, Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Duties included consulting services for two-major New York based investment-banking firms, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. This work consisted of due diligence and valuation reviews of commercial real estate loan portfolios and large single assets to be purchased for securitization. I have an extensive background in property management, consumer and commercial lending as well as real estate finance both in a bank setting and for the capital markets. In 2001, I decided to utilize this vast experience to help people realize their dreams of owning their own home. Originally from Florida, I grew up in Puerto Rico and am completely bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. My hobbies are outdoor activities and antiques.
